Setup Questions

How long does it take to signup?

It shouldn't take longer than 2 minutes to signup.

How many contacts can I import?

Technically there are no limits on the number of contacts you can import. If the file is greater than 4MB then you will need to split the contents over smaller files. The system has been tested on accounts with 10,000+ contacts. Greater than this hasn't been tested & could be unsupported.

Subscriptions

Do I need to add a subscription?

When you first signup we give you a free 30 day subscription. This entitles you to one 5 users, 1000 free email credits & 20 sms credits. If you need more users or credits you will need to add a subscription.

How do I add a subscription?

What payment options are available?

We are currently used paypal to handle payments. Paypal supports most major credits cards as well as other direct debit options.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel subscriptions via the paypal site. If you are having trouble please contact us.

How do I close my account?

If you would like to close you account, please contact one of our support members and we will close it for you.

General Questions

Which browsers are supported?

All major browser vendors are supported. For Internet Explorer we only support IE9 and greater.

Can I access a Demo?

We have a working demo version of the site available at app.saleslifecycle.com/demo

Email Credits

What are email credits used for?

We use email credits for tracking your email usage. A single credit is consumed each time an email is sent via our service.

Do credits reset each month?

Yes, the number of consumed credits is set to zero each month.

How do I add more credits?

If you need more credits you need to add a new subscription. Credits are purchased in bundles of 1000. Discounts apply at greater credit levels.

Do unused email credits rollover?

No, consumed email credits are reset at the end of each month

Security

Is my data safe?

Each saleslifecycle.com customer has there own isolated database, data is backed up each night.

Can I download my data?

Full data is available on request. please contact one of our support team members
